Bryan is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Lydian Partners, bringing 24 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience.  Bryan most recently served as Senior Partner for Korn Ferry, where he led the Global Chief Financial Officer Practice and was a core member of the Board Services Practice.  During his tenure, he served the firm’s most prominent clients across industries, ranging from Fortune 500 to private equity and family-controlled companies.  Prior to Korn Ferry, Bryan was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles.   He earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and currently resides in Chicago with his family.
